Post-Graduate Training in Palliative Care
Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program: The University of Washington Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program is a one-year fellowship that trains fellows to become experts in delivering palliative medicine care for severe and chronically ill patients of all ages. Fellows learn leadership skills and how interdisciplinary teams are an essential need in palliative patient care. The program is based at Harborview Medical Center with rotations at Seattle Children’s Hospital, University of Washington Medical Center, VA Puget Sound Health Care System, Providence Hospice of Seattle, and Bailey Boushay House.
