Bio:

I was born and raised in New York and developed a passion for learning about science and mechanics. I ultimately graduated from Hofstra University with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and then from Georgetown University with a Master’s in Biophysics and Physiology. I worked in education, healthcare, and tech for a few years before returning to Georgetown for the School of Medicine. I soon became a teaching assistant in Anatomy, was elected as our class treasurer for all four years of medical school, and spent a year as a research fellow at the Hospital for Special Surgery.

Personal Interests:

I enjoy skiing, hiking, winning at board games, spending time with friends and family, and rooting for the New York Knicks.

Why UW?

I was drawn to UW for the excellent training across all subspecialties and the exposure to complex cases as the only Level 1 trauma center in the WWAMI region.
