Bio:
I was born and raised in Hawaii on the island of Oahu and returned home for medical school after receiving my undergraduate education on the east coast at Georgetown University. I am beyond excited to be training at the University of Washington, and hope to further develop my interests in health disparities and Native Hawaiian health.
Personal Interests:
Being active (surfing, soccer, running), assembling furniture, & coffee.

Why UW?
UW offers incredible surgical training at a variety of different sites along with a wide catchment area, two things I was looking for in a program. The emphasis on diversity and the relationships I saw between faculty and residents also drew me to the program.
