Why UW?

I am very interested in the treatment of vascular disease, particularly aortic disease, and found UW’s training program to be both comprehensive as well as cutting edge. The legacy of connective tissue disease research at UW along with its prominence in both open and endovascular therapy for aortic disease were very appealing to me and my interests.
