Bio:
Growing up, my family and I moved often, living in rural, suburban, urban, and international communities. These experiences fostered an appreciation for different ways of life and a curiosity for problem-solving. During my undergraduate education at Emory University, I developed a passion for healthcare economics and understanding barriers to care. In medical school at Wake Forest, I completed a dedicated research year focused on developing low-cost medical innovations through 3D printing and virtual surgical planning. My interest in plastic surgery was solidified during a medical military trip in Ukraine, where I witnessed the transformative impact of reconstructive surgery on patients affected by war and blast injuries.
Personal Interests:
Skiing, rock climbing, motorcycle racing, restoring automobiles, photography, sharing a meal with friends

Craniofacial surgery, surgical innovation, 3D printing, medical device development, global health
Why UW?
The people. During my rotation at UW, I was surrounded by residents and faculty who continuously pushed one another to grow. I felt inspired by their camaraderie, and could not be more grateful to learn and grow alongside this team over the next six years.
What do you like best about living in Seattle?
The charm of the Pacific Northwest, outdoor recreation, and the opportunity to serve for the community that raised me.
