Dr. Tang’s research interests include therapies for arteriogenesis to help patients with critical limb ischemia as well as vein graft biology. She has VA Merit award funding to study human vein grafts in a new animal model and in an in vitro perfused chip model. She has internal VA grant funding to study tibial artery calcification. Dr. Tang also remains committed to educating general surgery and vascular surgery residents and medical students
